Following a brief opening reflection and a symbolic community action to honor loved ones, participants are welcome to walk the trail at their own pace. \u201cGrief can feel isolating, but stepping into the peace of nature reminds us we don\u2019t have to carry the weight alone,\u201d says Andrea Delap, funeral director. \u201cThere is no pressure and no right or wrong way to grieve. A dedicated youth tent at the trailhead will feature interactive, age-appropriate activities to help children creatively express their emotions and honor special memories. Water and grief care resources will be available at the pavilion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event is open to anyone who has experienced a loss, whether recently or years ago. Participants may bring a friend, family member, or a photograph of their loved one. While registration is not required, RSVPs are appreciated to help organizers prepare materials.
