Earning Bronze required the team to look closely at the center\u2019s mission, services, residents, families, workforce, and measures of success. Bronze is the first level of the national quality award journey and an important milestone that allows Donalson to take the next step toward Silver.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reaching that next level will challenge the team to look even deeper at its processes, outcomes, and opportunities to strengthen care.
