Honor Day at Nearest Green Distillery

Nearest Green Distillery will host its first-ever ‘Honor Day,’ a tribute to commemorate our nation’s fallen troops, and to honor our veterans and current active military personnel.
The day’s events will include:
-A Color Guard Presentation and moment of silence
-Live music, with notable acts like Aaron Bucks and Bryan Harrison taking to the stage at Humble Baron and Barrel House BBQ II
-Featured items like a Bratwurst from veteran-owned Sausages of Freedom, as well as specialty cocktails, including the Sidecar, a classic libation dating back to World War I, elevated with Uncle Nearest 1884
-And more!
The event is just another way Nearest Green Distillery shows its dedication to support the U.S. military. In April, Fawn Weaver embarked on her 2023 CEO Tour – Thank You for Your Service. Thank You for Your Support – a heartfelt journey across America to visit military bases nationwide to express her gratitude to one of Uncle Nearest’s most supportive communities. She and the distillery continue that support, with the distillery handing out Nearest Green Distillery Challenge Coins throughout Military Appreciation Month, and with Weaver distributing her personal CEO Tour Challenge Coins on ‘Honor Day.’
