The event honored a decade of growth and introduced a new chapter: a strategic alliance with Ascension Saint Thomas, one of the nation\u2019s most respected health systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Executive Officer Martha Henley and Board Chair Bappa Mukherji shared reflections and unveiled plans for expanded specialty care, advanced technologies, and enhanced telemedicine services. Telemedicine services \u2014 including telestroke and teleneuro \u2014 will further strengthen care for Coffee County residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Henley closed with a reminder of Unity Medical Center\u2019s mission. \u201cRural hospitals are more than facilities \u2014 they\u2019re lifelines.
