I<\/strong>T\u2019S A modern love story. Love at first bite, if you will. It all started with a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. My love grew stronger with the Kitchen Sink fries, then tragedy struck. The Blue Goose Food Trailer was involved in a wreck that resulted in the loss of their food truck. Luckily, they sprang back quickly and are fully operational once again. I can\u2019t wait to work my way through their menu, but here are my experiences so far. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kitchen Sink fries are what dreams are made of, with crisp fries underneath tender and juicy pieces of chicken, shredded cheese, and a blanket of queso topped with something almost unexpected \u2014 Flamin\u2019 Hot Cheetos. I\u2019ll admit, I\u2019d never eaten these Cheetos before, and now I can\u2019t stop thinking about them. The crunch and slight kick of heat they added to the already perfect french fries made for a dynamic duo unlike any other. Stuffed was an understatement, but I left no bite behind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, a toasty outside tortilla stuffed inside with cheese, chicken, and bacon with a perfect ribbon of creamy ranch on top, was equally as delicious. Perhaps I should sneak some Flaming Hot Cheetos inside the quesadilla next time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m happy to say that their food has been consistently on point every time I\u2019ve eaten at The Blue Goose \u2014 never a bad bite and always a photo-worthy presentation with a pristinely clean food truck to go with it. Their menu of familiar favorites on a professional level is a crowd-pleasing delicacy in Shelbyville. Paired with outstanding customer service, The Blue Goose is set to soar to new heights.
