I could smell beautiful scents from the parking lot, which became much more robust as I opened the front door to the lowly lit dining room. With a full kitchen view, I grabbed a seat and ordered my grilled octopus appetizer. Admittedly, it\u2019s a dish that\u2019s not for everyone, but one I love. The octopus was charred to perfection, which offered a great contrast to the succulent and tender meat, all in a sauce packed with garlic and butter flavor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My entree was the seared salmon with breaded crust in a beurre blanc sauce and mashed potatoes. The plating was next level, and the salmon was delicious and perfectly cooked. I watched the chef use a thermometer to check the temperature of the proteins he was cooking. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy.
