This month, <strong>Tabitha Buckner<\/strong> visited <\/em><strong><em>Spinelli\u2019s Pizza<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SOME PLACES don\u2019t try to impress you \u2014 they just feed you well and let the food do the talking. Spinelli\u2019s Pizza in Tullahoma is exactly that kind of spot. It\u2019s casual, fast, and generous with both portions and flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started with the appetizer sampler, which is basically all the fried bar foods on one plate. The mozzarella sticks were stretchy and perfectly crisp. The fried ravioli was golden and cheesy. The mac and cheese bites were a little too reminiscent of a popular blue box, but the salty, crispy fries brought the kind of flavor that makes you keep reaching for \u201cjust one more.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/goodnewsmags.com\/tullahoma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/03\/1-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24868\" srcset=\"https:\/\/goodnewsmags.com\/tullahoma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/03\/1-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/goodnewsmags.com\/tullahoma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/03\/1-1-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/goodnewsmags.com\/tullahoma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/03\/1-1-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Then came the star: the supreme pizza. This is not a dainty, polite pizza. This is a bold, loaded, glorious pie stacked with sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, and mushrooms \u2014 each bite hitting with something different. The crust is a nice balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce has just enough acidity and sweetness, and the cheese stretches with each bite. It\u2019s the kind of pizza that reminds you why classics never go out of style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But what really makes Spinelli\u2019s stand out is their pizza by-the-slice \u2014 big, foldable, New York\u2013style slices that let you sample flavors without committing to a whole pie. Perfect for lunch, late nights, or when decision-making feels like too much responsibility. It\u2019s not trying to reinvent pizza \u2014 it\u2019s just doing it really, really well.
