BOASTING A record-breaking 511 members, the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) had much to celebrate during its 2025 Annual Membership Celebration,
“Our proudest achievement came when we were named Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives Chamber of the Year,” said James Fuller, outgoing TACC president. “This recognition wasn’t about any one individual — it was a testament to the collective work, passion, and belief members bring to our business community every single day.”
Each year, TACC recognizes exemplary businesses and individuals for their dedication and service to the Tullahoma community. This year, the TACC presented 10 awards.
Among the winners was South Jackson Performing Arts Center, which was recognized as the CEO Business Partner of the Year. The organization provided full concert attire for every choir student at East Middle School. This donation included more than $7,000 in financial support, as well as countless hours of volunteer work.

“It’s difficult to fully describe the joy these students have felt,” said President-Elect Kim Uselton, who presented the award. “What this partner has given is not just clothing — it is confidence, dignity, opportunity, and the assurance their community believes in them.”
Members of TACC praised each of the 10 winners for their significant contribution to the Tullahoma community. For the complete list, please refer to the sidebar.
Although the award ceremony is an important part of the celebration, TACC Executive Director Hope Nunley, who is beginning her ninth year of service, said the chamber’s intent is not to promote competition.

“We meet up and partner up to exchange ideas,” she said. “We are the loudest cheerleaders for each other when we win.”
According to 2026 President Emily Raths, the outlook for 2026 is full of promise, with member engagement and community service named as priorities.
“The things we are capable of together — the good we can accomplish when we work side by side — that is what I want us to focus on at the chamber in 2026,” she said. “Together, we make our community a more desirable place to live, work, and visit.” GN
