Four decades is a long time to do anything well. For Steve Mull Plumbing, it has meant 40-plus years of answering calls, fixing pipes, and keeping water moving through homes and businesses across Lebanon and the surrounding communities.
It all began with Steve and Beverly Mull and a lot of sweat and sacrifice. Steve put in the long days on job sites while Beverly kept things going behind the scenes, and together they grew a small start into a business with multiple vans and crews. Over the years, those crews have handled everything from a single dripping faucet to plumbing for motels and factories.
These days, Steve is easing into retirement. He spends more time on his farm and even more time chasing largemouth bass. Beverly still lends a hand when needed, though her greatest joy now is her grandchildren.

The business remains firmly in family hands. Jason Mull grew up learning the trade at his father’s side and has spent 20 years running commercial projects and working in new construction. As he takes on a bigger role, his goal is to protect the values his parents built while keeping a fresh eye on the future. Jason also serves as a pastor at Rocky Valley Baptist Church in Lebanon, and faith sits at the center of his life.
The office sits just two blocks off Lebanon Square, a fitting spot for a business so rooted in its hometown. And because pipes don’t keep business hours, the crew offers 24/7 emergency service when trouble strikes. Forty years in, the water is still flowing, and so is the family’s pride in a job done right.
