INGREDIENTS:
1 can crescent rolls, buttered flavored 1 pkg. hotdogs
DIRECTIONS:
Grease a baking sheet. Separate rolls. Add one hotdog to each roll and roll up each hotdog. Bake at 350 ̊ for 12 minutes, or until browned.
Finger Licking Chicken Wings: Submitted by Martha Hemphill
INGREDIENTS:
1 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 T. flour
1/2 t. ginger
1 T. real lemon
3/4 c. water
chicken wings, precooked
DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, flour, ginger, and water. Cook for 5 minutes. Place wings on a cookie sheet and brush wings with sauce. Bake at 350 ̊ for 25-30 minutes.
STUFFED JALAPENO Peppers

INGREDIENTS:
10 to 12 large jalapeno peppers 2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. bacon
1 small onion, diced
1 block sharp cheddar cheese, 16 oz
DIRECTIONS:
Slice peppers in half, length wise; remove seeds. In a skillet, mix the ground beef and onions together. Drain off fat. Slice cheese in 1/2 inch strips. Place one cheese strip in each pepper half and stuff beef mixture on top of cheese. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap one around each stuffed pepper. Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 300o. Turn the oven to broil and cook until the bacon begins to brown. Turn off the heat and allow the peppers to cook while the oven cools.
