CAR ENTHUSIASTS and community members attended the 15th Semi-Annual Spring Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show on April 11 at Franklin County High School, located at 833 Bypass Rd. in Winchester. Hosted by Pack the Park Car Club, the event ran from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with registration from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The entry fee was $20 for the first vehicle and $10 for a second.

The show featured a wide variety of awards, including first- and second-place awards in 11 car and 11 truck categories, along with five Rat Rod trophies. Additional recognitions were given for motorcycles, Volkswagens, imports, Jeeps, and unique “oddball” entries. Seven choice specialty awards were also presented, along with honors for the oldest and youngest veterans.

Beyond the vehicles, attendees enjoyed a swap meet, vendor booths, door prizes, and a variety of food trucks, making it a fun, family-friendly event for all ages. Whether attendees were entering a vehicle, browsing for parts, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, there was something for everyone. Events like this hold special meaning for the community.

More than a showcase of classic and custom vehicles, the Pack the Park Spring Show provided an opportunity for neighbors, families, and local clubs to gather, connect, and celebrate shared interests. It was a chance to support local organizations, encourage community involvement, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories that bring people together year after year.
